I started my own journey of personal development and holistic healing at a very young age of 13. Traveling the world and living in India and South East Asia for many years led me to a deeper understanding of self through the path of Yoga, Meditation, Conscious Breathwork, the studies of a variety of holistic healing modalities, and through receiving ancient Tantra wisdom.
15 years ago I came back to Switzerland with 3 kids, 3 suitcases, and 3 dollars to my name. I had to rebuild my whole life and raise 3 children on my own.
